Here you will find the local pub, The Kings Arms Hotel where you will get a warm welcome from Heather and a really tasty meal cooked for you by Steve and served in their traditional restaurant. If it is a take away you are after that is just fine too. We highly recommend this place!
Just next door is the Post Office, which is also the vilage shop. Anna and Ed are happy to help with anything you may require including delivery to the front door. There is a superstore in Girvan and even more shopping in Ayr, where you will find many restaurants,cafe's, clothes shops and department stores.
The Tunberry Hotel is just twenty minutes away where you can enjoy a fantastic meal in one of their top class restaurants and not forgetting this is to be the venue for the Open Golf Championship in 2009.
